~AngelicFight is never the most active of clubs, but I thought it might be nice to attempt to inject some life into it.

So for those of you Judges who actually use DeviantArt, would you like to arrange/throw a small contest?

This is what I've written so far:

~AngelicFight is holding its first contest!

I'll keep this short and sweet. We really need a DeviantArt ID. Design one for us, and if we like yours, you get prizes! Simple, isn't it?

Rules and Regulations:
You must have a deviantArt account to enter the contest. You can easily make one by clicking here.
It must be your original artwork, although I don't care how it's executed--digital, traditional, pixel, even photomanips. Just please don't just edit together a bunch of CLAMP's official artwork.
Art of Angelic Layer OCs, Angelic Layer characters, and even mixtures of both are acceptable. Basically anything goes!
Make sure your ID says "Angelic Fight" and "Angel Fall's dA Club" on the ID somewhere where it's legible. If it doesn't, it's out of the race.
I'd appreciate it if you mentioned who's who in your entry. It's not necessary, but it would make me like your entry more, which certainly couldn't hurt!
The entry must be at most 400 pixels wide and 640 pixels high. Less is okay but more is definitely not!
All entries are due by August 1, 2009. The winner should be announced on August 20, 2009.

Prizes!
If you are a member of Angel Fall, you will receive 3ALCard points just for participating in the contest. The winner will receive 10ALCard points and 2 stat points on top of that.
The winner will also receive a watercolor picture from Lina (~Tofubeast) and an avatar from Sakuya (=jade-mikage)!

How to Enter
Upload your entry to deviantArt (obviously).
Please send either =jade-mikage or ~Tofubeast a note with a link to your entry.
You'll know your entry has been received when we link to it here.

That's all I've got so far. You guys know more about dA, so I assume you would be better able to set things like deadlines and maximum image size and things like that...

As for Prizes, if the person is a member of AF, 10 ALCard points and 2 Stat points. For participating at all, 3ALCard points. If they're not an AF member, someone want to do something nice for them? And of course, we'll use their ID on our site and advertise their account a little bit. XD

To submit, they should probably just post a link to their work as a comment to the contest entry.

Obviously I'd cross-advertise this contest over on AF as well.
